I recently, moved to Nags Head, NC fr. Va. Beach, VA. I am taxed for Over the Counter medication, every time purchased. I did not believe Over the Counter medication was taxed. I went through all my Medical Quartely receipts & found that I am taxed by many stores here in NC for Over the Counter medication.

300,000 people in tucson lose there free halth care covrage,and will no longer have the kids care program.i just might be one of the 300,000
loseing my accchs covrage. and would not be
able to pay for helth care.my question is what if accch dose cover diabetic test strips can they just decide not to cover some things like that and not cover diabetic foot exams but
will cover amputations is that legal?

My family moved from SD state with low unemployment rate 4.5% to WA state with - 8.9%. I was told by SD Department of Labor that I am not eligible for the Last Extension Benefits. Why is that?

We all know your administration is spending a lot to create new jobs, but to paraphrase a business aphorism, wouldn't it be less expensive to hold on to the jobs we have? The company I work for is planning to outsource hundreds of good jobs to overseas consulting firms in the midst of mounting domestic unemployment. During the campaign you pledged policies that would discourage this behavior. What are you planning to do about it and when?

Credit Cards - They must be regulated now! Caps on interest also. Late fees standard. Fine print shortened. CREDIT COLLECTORS held in strict regulation of their techniques and corrupt tactics

What if, instead of giving more money to GM, Congress passed a law giving down payment money to customers who purchase American made, fuel efficient cars? This would give the makers an incentive to build fuel efficient cars, get old, non fuel efficient cars off the roads, and boost industry and jobs.

H-1B:
Reform:
1. These are temp/non-immigrant worker visas. They shouldn't have the intent for perm residency. They shouldn't have indefinite extensions.
2. Senator Kennedy once attempted in 1998 proposed amendments to legislation so that companies must first try to fill vacancies with Americans before using H-1B. Somehow, this must be verifiable.
3. H-1B should stop being used as 3rd-party consultants, and must be employed directly by companies that are not a consultancy.
