Mr. President, Has taxation to prevent housing market bubbles been proposed? Could a 75% tax on value liquidation be applied to properties that increase significantly in value over a 12 month period? For example over 50% for owner occupied and 20% for non-owner occupied property. It would only go into effect if cash were taken out (HELOC loans), the property was sold, or rent was raised to match the new value. This would be to discourage speculative over-valuing and keep costs reasonable.

Please have the Army do something toward distribution of food and water. If 20 soldier formed a circle and food & water was dropped in that circle, it would speed this up. If I can think of this, surely someone in the Army could as well.

RE: FRAUD & FORGERY of U.S. Savings Bonds
It is no great surprise to me that corruption of the public through the allowance of fraud /Forgery , is alive and well in America, and is still at hand in our Treasury Dept.
I received the letter from Amber Evans, dated September 30th, 2009.
Stating that anyone can sign your name and cash your U.S. Savings bonds at any time and use your signature to steal money that is HALF yours!
Yes, The Fraud & Forgery Dept is allowing this to happen!
I did not receive an official document to this information just a letter from Amber Evans stating that they are allowing U.S. Treasury bonds to no longer as of 10 or so years ago to NOT- be SAFE ,nor Secured by The U.S. Treasury.
I feel I should have this in a document form, from them NOT Amber Evans.
I%u2019m questioning the validity of this letter. I wonder if this is just to let me know that the Fraud and Forgery Dept do not have the time nor the monies to CONVICT this criminal for FORGERY of The (No Longer) Safe and Secured Bonds of the U.S. Treasury?
They need to go after Cecil G. Rockwell and his accomplice who is a relative and who works at the Maquoketa, Iowa bank that allowed and knew of the forgery just to make a point of the principle here that U.S. Savings Bonds are STILL safe and secured by the government of America.
To all of you who work for the Treasury Dept.
This information listed above will go to Human Resources Depts, and posted on the board for all to see within 2 weeks time.
When we as employees are asked to buy your Unsecured Bonds just to let others know of the facts that you no longer hold and keep these Bonds or any other monies as sacred to your institution.
The internet is a great tool to use to announce this info of what has happened to me and I shall be reporting to the Better Business Bureau as well if you do not do the right thing and set as an example the relative of Cecil and himself in this matter.
Shame on all of you to allow this to happen to a TRUSTING American born Citizen. I shall be making sure all of my Family and Friends immediately receive any and all correspondence to this issue to secure their monies else where and not to GIFT anymore of their hard earned monies to the family for future in buying Unsecured U.S.Savings or Treasury BONDS.
We shall also be cashing in the Bonds we possess ASAP.
Just do the right thing here!
Thanks for nothing and for showing me through this letter listed above just how incompetent and undeserving any of you are who do not deserve a job nor as I have witnessed have no CONCONCOUS at all!

Millions of taxpaying Americans who sought to better themselves and to contribute to society through obtaining higher educations and advanced degrees now find themselves saddled with unconscionable student loan debt which prevents them from realizing the American dream. As such, I am writing to ask you to give serious consideration to student loan forgiveness as a means by which to empower the hard-working, educated, middle class to rebuild this economy. Please consider REAL change!

I know many family who could afford to pay their bills until the credit card companies started raising their interest rates, thereby increasing their payments to unaffordable levels. They were left with no choice but bankruptcy. Why don't you put the new regulations for the credit card companies into effect NOW instead of waiting until 2010?

** Video and text questions are randomly selected, and then the two lists are combined to highlight the different media options available.
Currently the two lists are extraordinarily different in size, which means that the same video questions will show up with greater frequency
than their text counterparts as they come from a smaller pool of questions.
