I recently, moved to Nags Head, NC fr. Va. Beach, VA. I am taxed for Over the Counter medication, every time purchased. I did not believe Over the Counter medication was taxed. I went through all my Medical Quartely receipts & found that I am taxed by many stores here in NC for Over the Counter medication.

My family moved from SD state with low unemployment rate 4.5% to WA state with - 8.9%. I was told by SD Department of Labor that I am not eligible for the Last Extension Benefits. Why is that?

Many feel that rich=powerful companies adversely influence politicians to work not for the peoples interests, but for the companies' interests; this is called lobbying. Our Democracy is becoming too much of a bureaucracy. When and how will our democracy evolve by constitutional law to CHANGE how we are governed: how we are cared for, vote and represent, and how democracy can become more social/representative?

Why are cigarettes still permitted by the government after concrete evidence has been released that characterizes the product's hazardous nature?

Why is it that you have to be a mom or be pregnant to get on Tenn Care? Isn't that sending a wrong message? This is so stupid really, no wonder girls get pregnant..just so they can have free health insurance! Answer that Mr. President.

Mr. President,
I voted for you, but I hear so many negatives about health care for seniors. I feel I already owe you for paying 65% of Cobra because I lost my job in July and without that I couldn't afford insurance, but I am concerned for retired seniors as my husband is one. Are you cutting out senior benefits?
I pray to God you are not.

In many countries like Canada, medicare is socialized. On average, the cost for this medicare - per person - is roughly half as much in Canada as it is in the United States. It seems like too many people are being hung out to dry in the details of insurance contracts. Seeing as how the number one reason why people are going bankrupt in the US is expensive medical bills, how can we get a simplified, single payer system that helps everyone and doesn't leave people in the dust?

** Video and text questions are randomly selected, and then the two lists are combined to highlight the different media options available.
Currently the two lists are extraordinarily different in size, which means that the same video questions will show up with greater frequency
than their text counterparts as they come from a smaller pool of questions.
